Reconstitute SuperSOY™ chicken strips in onion broth for approx. 6-8 minutes (microwave or stove) or until liquid disappears. Remove from heat immediately. Cool; then slice pieces into smaller pieces.
In 9” x 13” pan, layer broccoli, reconstituted chicken strips, sauce, grated cheddar cheese, and panko flakes. Drizzle melted butter over panko flakes.
Pre-heat oven to 375°. Bake casserole for 45 minutes.
Reconstitute SuperSOY™ beef ground in onion broth for approx. 6-8 mins. (microwave or stove) or until liquid disappears. Remove from heat immediately.
Squeeze excess water from spinach. Mix beef ground, spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, dressing and water chestnuts together.
Spread mixture evenly on each tortilla, then roll it.
Refrigerate, slice, and serve.

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat until hot. Add garlic and Chicken Strips and stir fry.
Reduce heat to medium and add onion, zucchini, bell pepper, peas, Italian Seasoning, and salt. Stir fry for about 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and heat for about 1–2 minutes, gently stirring until thoroughly heated.
Remove from heat and add pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.

In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes. Add SuperSOY™ beef strips and season with salt. Add 8 cups water and bring to a boil.
Add string beans, zucchini, and eggplant and simmer until done. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Reconstitute SuperSOY™ Beef Strips in 1/4 cup onion broth for approx. 6-8 mins. (microwave or stove) or until liquid disappears. Remove from heat immediately.
Marinade SuperSOY™ Beef Strips in beef sauce. Brown ginger and garlic in olive oil. Add round onion, green bell pepper, and celery, and sauté. Add Beef Strips and tomatoes. Sauté for another minute. Add gravy and bring to a boil. Garnish with green onions (optional).
Reconstitute SuperSOY™ beef ground in 1 cup onion broth for approx. 5 minutes (microwave or stove) or until liquid disappears. Remove from heat immediately. Stir and set aside to cool.
Mix SuperSOY™ beef ground, tomatoes, round onion, and cilantro together. Then add lime juice, jalapeno, and salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve with chips.
Place all ingredients in 4-6 quart electric slow cooker.
Cook on high setting for 1 hour.
Finish on low setting for 6 hours.

In a skillet, cook the round onion, garlic, and SuperSOY™ beef strips for about 5 minutes.
Add the soup, milk, mushrooms, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 15 minutes at low to medium heat.
Turn heat off and stir in sour cream.
Serve over egg noodles or rice.
Reconstitute SuperSOY™ chicken strips by simmering in 2-1/4 cups onion broth for approximately 5 minutes (microwave or stove) or until liquid disappears. Remove from heat immediately and let cool. Cut into small pieces.
Stir together the chicken strips, celery, cranberries and pecans.
Whisk together mayonnaise, orange-blossom honey, salt, and pepper. Add to the chicken mixture, stirring gently until combined. Garnish with chopped toasted pecans.
Reconstitute SuperSOY™ Beef Strips in 2 cups onion broth for approx. 6-8 minutes (microwave or stove) or until liquid disappears. Remove from heat immediately.
Fry the tofu, lightly in sesame oil. Combine 4 cups onion broth, sesame oil, mirin, shoyu, and pepper; then stir in the reconstituted SuperSOY™ Beef Strips. Add the watercress, round onion, green onion, and tofu. Mix well. Cook for 10 minutes and serve.
Reconstitute SuperSOY™ beef ground in 1-1/2 cups onion broth with 1/2 tsp. steak seasoning and 1/2 cup of tomato sauce for approx. 6-8 mins. (microwave or stove) or until liquid disappears. Remove from heat immediately.
Heat olive oil in large sauce pan on medium high. Add beef ground and stir fry for 1 minute. In a bowl, combine brown sugar and steak seasoning. Add to beef mixture and stir. Add bell pepper, round onion, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and cook on medium heat for approx. 3 minutes. Add tomato paste and 1-1/2 cups of remaining tomato sauce. Simmer on low for about 5 minutes. Serve on toasted hamburger buns.
Reconstitute SuperSOY™ chicken strips in 1 cup onion broth for approx. 6-8 mins. (microwave or stove) or until liquid disappears. Remove from heat immediately. Cool, then slice into strips.
Microwave broccoli and cauliflower (separately) for approximately 1½ - 2 minutes (don't overcook, raw/fresh is better). Cool and set aside.
Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Season with salt and black pepper. Add Italian dressing and mix together. Refrigerate.

Cook spaghetti according to instructions on package, adding broccoli during last minute of cooking time. Drain, return to saucepan. Cover to keep warm. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine Alfredo sauce and milk, blending well.
In a large skillet over medium heat, combine SuperSOY™ beef ground, Alfredo sauce mixture, cream cheese and mushrooms. Cook until cream cheese is melted and mixture is thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Stir in cooked spaghetti and broccoli. Cook an additional minute. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
In a large pot, combine tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beans, onions and mushrooms. Place on high heat and stir often. Add garlic powder and chili powder (to taste). When the mixture is hot, reduce heat and slowly stir in the Beef Style Ground. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes and serve.
